It is very simple to make a booking. One email, you will get all. However, in order to provide you a better service with the best customized tour plan, we kindly ask you to make your booking by the following procedure.
Self Plan
You should think, research and plan a little before you contact us. You can ask your self the following questions.
1. Where and When do I want to travel?
2. How many people I am travelling with?
3. Do I need bareboat and sail by myself? Or do I need to a small boat with skipper?
4. Do I need a bigger crewed boat?
5. What kind of food and drink do I need on board?
6. Do I have special request for on board service?
7. What kind of activities do I like? soft and easy? water sport?
Contact Us
Once you have all the answers from above questions, you can find the right person listed in Contact us menu. Do not need to careful on who you should send an email. Any one from YCM booking department will assist you, or find the right person for you to contact with. After you contacted us, we will continue the procedure as follow:
1. Give suggestions, offers, customize your travel plan.
2. Confirm the offer, itinerary and prepare for contract.
3. Contract signing with yacht renter and YCM
4. Deposit paying (usually by bank transfer)
5. Further booking and confirmation will be made by YCM in the period before your departure.
6. Two weeks before departure, full payment.
7. Departure
Arrival, on-going and Departure
We usually have our own staff to go to the airport to pick you up and welcome you. Offshore services include dinner, hotel, and brief land sightseeing tour. Our staff will follow you and lead you all the way to your departure from harbor. Unless you asked for on board assistant/crew, you usually will spend the your whole sailing trip together with the skipper. If you only asked for bareboat, our staff will only lead you to your boat and pick you up after your return back to the main marina.
Passport and Visa
All passengers need valid passport and necessary travel documents for all locations you are travelling with YCM. If you are coming from countries need visa, we will be happy to assist you with documents providing and visa application information.
